Job Summary We are looking for a Commercial Electrical Apprentice to learn the electrical trade while working on real job sites. You will work with experienced electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. This is a hands-on training position with classroom and field learning. What You Will Do Help install wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, and equipment Work with journeymen on commercial and industrial job sites Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical parts Learn to read blueprints and electrical drawings Help with underground electrical work and equipment setup Follow safety rules and electrical codes Keep job sites clean and organized What We’re Looking For Willing to learn and work hard Reliable and on time Good attitude and team player Basic math skills helpful Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors or on ladders Transportation to job sites Training Paid apprenticeship program (4–5 years) On-the-job training + classroom instruction Learn commercial, industrial, and underground electrical work Work toward becoming a licensed journeyman electrician What We Offer Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Overtime pay Long-term career growth Join Our Team At Third Generation Electric, you’ll learn a skilled trade, work on major projects, and build a long-term career in the electrical industry.
