As a leading metal finishing company, we specialize in zinc barrel plating, heat treating, dip spin coating, anodizing, and packaging services for a wide range of industries.Now Hiring: Maintenance Team MemberNight Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMLocation:Elm Plating Dip Spin FacilityWhy Employees Love Working HereEnjoy a rotating 12-hour schedule:Work 3 days one weekWork 4 days the nextGet a 3-day weekend every other weekReceive 40 hours of straight pay plus 2 hours of overtime weeklyWork in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities to growBenefits Available Starting Day OneBCN Medical InsuranceDelta Dental & VSP Vision CoverageCompany-paid Life Insurance & Short-Term DisabilityVoluntary Accident & Critical Illness PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramUniforms and Safety Boot ProgramUp to 3% 401(k) Company MatchPaid Time OffOnsite healthcare access for employees and family membersPrimary Functions:The Maintenance Team is responsible for conducting preventive and predictive maintenance activities, as well as repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Perform tasks as outlined in the preventive maintenance system.Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as required.Comply with all Company, Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with all levels of management and plant personnel, both verbally and in writing.Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.Understand and adhere to EPC's environmental directives.Be aware of and minimize the environmental impact associated with their division.Job Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing production environment.Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Demonstrated experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.Proficiency in working with robotic systems and PLCs.Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.Must hold and maintain a valid forklift license.Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Regular and prompt attendance is required.Must be physically able to:Move throughout the plantStand or walk for extended periodsLift up to 70 lbs.Bend, twist, kneel, and climb as necessaryEqual Employment Opportunity Employer, we value diversity!
