Marketing Traffic Manager

Ambient Skies is hiring a Marketing Traffic Manager.Ambient Skies is an award-winning creative agency based in Phoenix. We build brands for enterprise, franchise, and multi-location clients across the country. We're looking for someone who thrives in structured systems and can keep work moving across teams.This role is responsible for day-to-day production flow and Asana management, ensuring projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and the entire team operates within a clean and consistent workflow system. You will report directly to the Director of Client Operations and play a key role in helping our team stay organized, accountable, and focused on delivering great work.What You'll DoOwn Asana day-to-dayBuild projects and tasks from scopes of work, requests, and meeting notesMaintain project hygiene across all teams and capabilitiesEnsure tasks have clear owners, deadlines, and required inputsAudit boards weekly and keep workstreams organized and up to dateEncourage and reinforce consistent Asana usage across the teamManage production trafficRoute work between strategy, creative, paid media, SEO, and developmentTrack deadlines and dependencies across multiple projectsIdentify blockers and escalate issues earlyEnsure deliverables move through the pipeline on timeSupport delivery operationsHelp prepare weekly production and delivery meetingsProvide simple status summaries (what shipped, what’s in progress, what’s blocked)Assist with organizing timelines and priorities across client workstreamsMaintain workflow structureHelp maintain templates, checklists, and SOPs inside AsanaSupport QA processes and delivery trackingEnsure completed tasks include confirmation that deliverables were shippedWear multiple hatsSupport the broader team where neededAssist with coordination across marketing channels including PPC, SEO, websites, and contentJump in on operational tasks that help the agency stay organized and efficientWe’re a small, collaborative team, so the ideal candidate is comfortable being hands-on and helping wherever structure or coordination is needed.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in agency traffic management, marketing operations, or project coordinationStrong experience working inside Asana or similar project management systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable keeping teams accountable to processes and deadlinesExperience coordinating recurring marketing deliverables (SEO, PPC, websites, content)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus PointsAgency or franchise marketing experienceExperience working with SEO, PPC, WordPress, or digital marketing teamsExperience maintaining workflow templates or SOPsFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or local SEO environmentsWhy Ambient SkiesWork with a collaborative, high-caliber team that genuinely cares about clients and each otherFully remote environment with flexibility and trustFlexible PTOMedical BenefitsOpportunity to grow alongside an agency focused on long-term partnershipsAdditional DetailsFull-time PositionSalary range: $65,000 – $75,000
