Facilities Janitor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Duties - Monitor and perform cleaning of the interior and exterior areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions - Perform routing preventive maintenance on equipment - Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the Facilities Manager Requirements - Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Sutter Creek, CA 95685 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Sutter Creek, CA 95685: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
