The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining cloud infrastructure acrossAmazon Web Services (AWS)andMicrosoft Azure . This role focuses on handson delivery, automation, and operational support of cloud platforms, includingidentity and Single SignOn (SSO)integrations. The engineer works under established architectural standards while collaborating with senior engineers, application teams, and security to ensure cloud environments are secure, reliable, and scalable.Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure inAWS and Azure , including compute, storage, networking, and platform services
Implement and supportSingle SignOn (SSO)integrations for cloud and SaaS applications usingSAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Integrate applications withAzure Entra ID (Azure AD)and AWS IAM following documented standards and best practices
Supportidentity and access management (IAM)tasks such as role assignments, RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policies
Develop and maintaininfrastructure as code (IaC)using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar tools
Assist withhybrid connectivity(VPNs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect) between onpremises and cloud environments
Build and maintainautomation scripts and CI/CD pipelinesfor infrastructure provisioning and updates
Monitor cloud environments foravailability, performance, security, and cost , escalating issues as needed
Participate inincident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisfor infrastructure and authentication issues
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards
Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on cloud improvements and migrationsRequired Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering roles
Handson experience withAWS and/or Azurein production environments
Practical experience supportingSSO and identity federationfor applications
Working knowledge ofauthentication and authorization concepts(SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA)
Experience withAzure Entra ID (Azure AD)and AWS IAM fundamentals
Experience withautomation and scripting(PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, AWS CLI)
Solid understanding of cloud networking and security basics
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work within established standardsPreferred Qualifications
Associatelevel cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, Azure Administrator)
Experience integrating thirdparty SaaS applications with SSO
Exposure to containers or Kubernetes (AKS, EKS)
Experience supporting enterprise or hybrid environmentsWhy Join Us
