Our mission is to help kids succeed in life through sports!Job SummaryServe as an Instructor/Counselor for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for 7 weeks (June 29 – August 14). You will be responsible for greeting parents and participants, providing excellent customer service, overseeing and actively engaging with groups during passive/active games, drills, and more.We are currently hiring for the following location: CROSSROADS PARK (7/13-7/17 & 8/3-8/7) Interview: Must be able to attend an in-person evening session in Issaquah on either May 26 or May 27. Training shift: Must be able to attend a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue on June 30 or July 1 Responsibilities Ensure fun, learning, and safety for all participantsTeach and demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship valuesManage an age-appropriate level of instructionConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent communication skillsSport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experienceHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsAwareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of participantsMust be a critical thinker, have situational awareness, and great attention to detailPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
