Developsand sustains sales relationships with key decision makers andinfluencers on all levels of an organization Shares market and competitor information with all applicablechannels within the organization; establishes relationships andworking partnerships Partners with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to quickly resolvecustomer service issues Identifies customer products needs and coordinates execution oforders May conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers Assists in training or mentoring of associates**Role Specific Technical Addendum (when Applicable)**This section applies to Outside Sales roles supporting specializedtechnical markets such as Semiconductor, Cleanroom, or AdvancedManufacturing environments. Manage assigned sales territory supporting semiconductor fabricationfacilities and related technical customers Conduct on-site customer visits within cleanroom and controlledmanufacturing environments, as required Call on equipment engineers, process engineers, and technicaldecision makers to promote FloWorks products and engineeredsolutions Develop and maintain a working knowledge of customer manufacturingprocesses, equipment, and operational requirements Apply technical understanding of customer environments to identifyproduct and service opportunities aligned with FloWorks offerings Maintain accurate opportunity, project, and pipeline tracking withinCRM systems for complex or extended sales cyclesQualifications Point of sales (POS) system or consultative selling/solution sellingExperience Is Required Knowledge of customer business needs Knowledge in FloWorks product line and core customers Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally, 2-5 yearsof experience in related field; certification is required in someareas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in relatedfield**Preferred Qualifications (Role-Specific)** Experience selling into technical or manufacturing environments Semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing sales experience(when applicable) Experience selling engineered solutions, capital equipment, orcomplex industrial products**Physical Demands** Frequently required to stand Frequently required to walk Continually required to sit Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Occasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl Continually required to talk or hear Continually utilize visual acuity to read technical informationand/or use a keyboard Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions Occasionally loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electricmotors, moving mechanical equipment)**Work Environment**This role operates in a professional office environment with flexibilityfor hybrid work. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones,and printers are used.
