Cashier Lead

Sales Lead/Lead Cashier - Retail - Day Shift Position $18/h *** Please note that even in states where marijuana is legal (recreational OR medical) a positive drug test will disqualify you from employment *** Do you enjoy getting to know your customers and fostering a great customer service experience for them? Are you a leader amongst your peers with a drive to succeed as a team? As a Retail Sales Lead you will be a leader in helping your team achieve superior customer service and sales goals. Facilitate counter sales, cashiering and cash handling with integrity and detail. Ensure successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull sales promotional activity. Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified customer service staff. Help maintain the standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures. Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store. Always be pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Qualifications: Cash handling experience is required Customer service experience in a retail, or counter sales position is preferred, but not required Experience leading a team of employees is preferred, but not required Be able to successfully identify auto parts visually is preferred, but not required Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions: Standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform customer care, product relocation and placement, and environmental health and safety functions. Job Conditions: Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to occasional noisy conditions and machinery operation.
