Director of CreditLocation: In-Office, Palm Beach GardensDirect HireWe are partnering with a growing, operationally driven organization to identify a Credit Director to lead and scale their credit function.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing credit strategy, high-volume accounts receivable, and collections operations across a multi-location business. The ideal candidate brings strong credit risk expertise, experience in complex AR environments, and the ability to partner closely with Sales and Finance leadership.Key Responsibilities:• Own credit policy, limits, and risk management strategy• Oversee high-volume AR and collections operations• Lead and develop a credit/AR team• Partner with Sales on customer onboarding and credit approvals• Drive improvements in DSO, cash flow, and dispute resolution• Support system and process enhancementsWhat We’re Looking For:• Senior-level credit leadership experience (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director)• Experience in operational, high-volume AR environments (manufacturing, distribution, construction, or similar)• Proven people leadership• Strong credit risk and exposure management expertise• Hands-on, execution-focused mindsetThis is a high-impact role within a stable, growing organization looking for a long-term leader.
