The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating on-site activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and safety standardsExcellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and lead on-site teamsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications in construction and safety regulations are a plus
