Acting as a true “back office” for our clients, we streamline operations, reduce costs, and maximize productivity—making us a trusted partner in today’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and connectivity markets.Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in downtown Sarasota, FL (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This role is highly dynamic and outreach-driven, requiring daily communication with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and proactive manufacturer outreach. This position goes beyond traditional inside sales—requiring strong coordination of sourcing, quoting, and logistics tracking to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities Include * Generate new business through consistent cold calling and outbound prospecting * Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials, confirm availability, and negotiate pricing * Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service * Identify and develop new opportunities across telecom, fiber, electrical, and utility markets * Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotes * Oversee order lifecycle from quote to delivery, including shipment tracking and delivery tracking * Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery * Proactively resolve supply chain or delivery issues and communicate updates to customers * Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while expanding new relationshipsQualifications * Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales (highly preferred) * Demonstrated success in Inside Sales with a track record of driving revenue growth * Strong background in lead generation and business development * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on long-term relationship building * Experience with manufacturer/vendor communication and sourcing preferred * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and priorities * Familiarity with telecommunications, fiber, electrical, water/sewer, or construction industries is a plus * Experience with shipment tracking, delivery coordination, or supply chain/logistics processes preferred * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * High school diploma required; a college degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a motivated, experienced, resourceful professional who thrives on creating opportunities through outreach, stays on top of every detail from sourcing to delivery, and takes ownership of their pipeline.
