Location: Hattie Mae WhiteDepartment: CCMR Unit SupportArea:District WideContract Months:12Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00Academic Year: 26-27JOB SUMMARYThis Coordinator 1 Unit Advanced Academics Support supports a portfolio of campuses with executing on district Advanced Academics and CCMR strategy. The role works closely with a team of Coordinator 1s and their assigned division support. Relevant activities include implementing program compliance systems, delivering district-wide training, supporting AP/IB/dual credit teachers, supporting scheduling testing, particularly for TSI/SAT/ACT/AP/IB.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESList most important duties first1. Drive CCMR outcomes by monitoring testing, supporting logistics, and ensuring assessments and interventions are executed for college readiness assessments2. Maintain and validate data trackers weekly, analyze trends, and support campus action planning to close gaps; Provide consistent, data-driven updates on progress, trends, and risks to inform next steps and escalation3. Facilitate PLCs and district PD sessions focused on advanced academics, including AP/IB/dual credit processes and supports4. Support curriculum implementation by ensuring alignment to TEKS, dual credit expectations, and advanced academicsMAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED5. Partner with campus leaders and teachers to strengthen scheduling, implementation, and student outcomes6. Coordinate operational needs including devices, testing readiness, field trips, work-based learning, and external business partnership initiatives7. Other duties as assignedEDUCATIONBachelor's DegreeWORK EXPERIENCE1 to 3 yearsPrevious experience as a teacher, particularly in CTE, preferredSKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONOffice equipment (e.g., computer, copier)LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESWork Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues.
