Intune Administrator
What is the ultimate objective this hire will accomplish? Provide advanced administration, support, and optimization of endpoint and mobile device management systems including Microsoft Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and Endpoint Configuration Manager. This role will improve endpoint reliability, automate support processes, manage application deployments, strengthen device compliance/security, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex end-user support issues across enterprise environments.Day 2 Day of this role? • Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, Apple, Android, and mobile devices • Administer Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Azure/Entra ID, and Active Directory • Build, package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications through Intune and MECM • Perform advanced endpoint troubleshooting for laptops, phones, printers, M365, Teams, and peripherals • Create PowerShell scripts and automation solutions for endpoint remediation and operational efficiency • Monitor compliance, patching, security, and device health • Handle escalated incidents and support issues from Tier 1/Tier 2 teams • Support Azure administration and M365 environments • Create documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials • Analyze trends, KPIs, and recurring issues to improve support processesMinimum experience levels and skills needed? • Strong enterprise-level endpoint administration experience • Hands-on experience supporting large environments with thousands of endpoints/devices • Advanced troubleshooting and escalation support background • Experience with enterprise application deployments and endpoint compliance management • Strong scripting and automation experience, preferably PowerShell • Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environmentsRequired Technologies • Intune, Active Directory and End Points at both Administration and who can also do Configuration work on either of those three skills. • Very strong background in End User Support- Phones and laptops- Apple and Android • Dell experiences a big plus • Preferred is PowerShell but other scripting languages, IE, Shell, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, etc.... Java C++ • End Tune scripting, someone who has managed 1k users over 3-5k devices.Minimum Years of Experience 3–5+ years of enterprise-level endpoint management, systems administration, or infrastructure support experience in a large-scale IT environment.Required technology exposure? • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager • SCCM / MECM • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID • Active Directory Administration • PowerShell scripting and automation • Windows 10/11 administration • M365 / Office 365 support • Microsoft Teams administration • Apple iOS/macOS and Android device support • ServiceNow ticketing system • Networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, routing, connectivity troubleshooting) • Patch management and endpoint security • Dell hardware support experience
