It’s written on our walls and woven into our DNA. Are You the Chosen One? (The Role) We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and slightly-nerdy-in-a-cool-way Code Sensei to join our dojo. If you can explain a "loop" while simultaneously celebrating a student’s high score in Roblox, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. You’re a great fit if: You speak "Kid." You know how to make a 9-year-old laugh while helping them debug a script. You’re a Mentor at heart. You love watching "aha!" moments happen in real-time. You’re a Team Player. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced "startup" vibe. You’re a Tech Enthusiast. You think coding is a superpower and want to share it. Your Inventory (Responsibilities): The Master Teacher: Guide Ninjas through our proprietary curriculum, helping them level up their skills. The Guardian: Maintain a safe, positive, and impeccably clean environment (Sanitization is part of the ninja code!). The Ambassador: Help lead tours for families and show them why our Dojo is the place to be. The Learner: Participate in ongoing training for safety, tech, and top-tier customer service. The Communicator: Keep the Center Owner in the loop on your growth and the success of our Ninjas. Do you have these skills? Experience with Kids (Coaching, Tutoring, Mentoring) - Preferred Positivity & High Energy - Mandatory Customer Service Skills - High Minecraft & Roblox Knowledge - Major Bonus Coding Skills - Required (Basic logic/concepts) Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the quest log changes frequently!
