HRIS Analyst - ADP Workforce Now

Hood Container is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, support, and optimization of our HR technology—primarily ADP Workforce Now. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure system accuracy, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful data that informs business decisions.If you enjoy solving system challenges, improving workflows, and turning HR data into actionable insights, this role is for you.
