Recruiter, Learning and Development Specialis
DEFINITIONThis individual will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and Compliance and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including full life cycle recruiting; coordinating entry into the organization; planning and execution of onboarding and training programs and other project and administrative work. Individual must have the ability to work in a confidential manner.Eligibility RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge of clerical, and/or administrative responsibilities required. Exposure to Human Resources and/or Training departments, Equal Employment/Affirmative Action regulations, preferred. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of management; self-starting, motivated, and adapt to changing technology; should be proficient in a windows environment and Microsoft Office products. Good typing skills required; should have working knowledge of, facsimiles, email and copy machines.Education And/Or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field required. Minimum of 3 years work experience required. High degree of ethics and customer service skills required.
