Service Specialist It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!Job Description: A Service Specialist at the customer service desk is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; copy, print, mail, and receptionist services.Essential Job Responsibilities:Customer Service includes greeting customers as they arrive, negotiating project completion times, answering phones, responding to email inquires, creating courier tickets, etc.Project Intake Coordination includes a basic knowledge of mail handling to include metering and processing mail and print production needs like assembly and taking instructions.Reception Back-up includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerQualifications & Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services fieldAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to work from a computer entering tickets, responding to email and greet customersAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
