We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in the County Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist 1 position and serve as a Quality Manager. In this role, you will investigate and assess the quality of services provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities as well as risk management, financial monitoring, and mandatory reporting. Your work will keep accountability a top priority as our teams help people access an array of services that meet their individual needs so they can enjoy a quality of life that includes family and friends.ResponsibilitiesQuality Management Plan: Develop and implement a Quality Management Plan to measure, remediate, and improve performance in alignment with the Office of Developmental Program's strategies and prioritiesRisk Management Framework: Gather data and coordinate the county risk management framework within required time framesServe as Certified Investigator: Conduct investigations; remain on call; complete documents in accordance with the law, regulations, and internal policies; and prepare findings for review committeesPeer Review: Participate in quarterly peer review processes and meetings to support the accuracy and thoroughness of investigationsIM4Q Coordination: Lead the Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) process including surveys, data coordination, reporting, and collaboration with contracted agenciesFinancial Monitoring: Cross check finances and complete annual fiscal contract reviewsWork Schedule and Additional InformationFull-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
