OnBase Administrator/Developer III Location: Madison, WI Hybrid Need to RelocateFace to Face Interview Required Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:• Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years. Attach certification at time of submission if possible.• Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology:Ø Workview standalone applicationsØ Workflow standalone lifecyclesØ Workflow/Workview combined solutionsØ Document Composition templates• Design thinking – determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps• Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation• Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctlyNice to Have Skills:• State and/or Local Government work history• IT Service Management (ITIL) certificationResponsibilities:• User support and triage of issues, and timely resolution of assigned tickets• Identifying patterns of tickets to isolate true root cause and propose solutions and/or changes• Understanding business requirements to achieve OCI’s desired outcomes, while adhering to agency policies and procedures• Suggesting, and demonstrating, conceptual designs to improve the user experience• High quality module configuration and design using low-to-no-code approach, with minimal oversight• Communication of important updates and/or necessary changes to Management, where appropriate• Recommendation for design improvements to existing solutions• Standard development environment requirements, to include documentation and task tracking• Support for other OCI IT team initiatives as neededExperience:REQUIREDSTRONGLY DESIREDCompleted or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 yearsBuilding OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology:Workview standalone applicationsWorkflow standalone lifecyclesWorkflow/Workview combined solutionsDocument Composition templatesDesign thinking – determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of stepsTroubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentationCreating and editing business process and technical documentationWorking directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctlyStrong communication skills, including verbal (phone/video) and written (email)Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skillsDesire and ability to actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviewsState and/or Local Government work historyAny CompTIA certificationsWindows Server administration experienceIT Service Management (ITIL) certificationJira experience (user/and or developer)Agile and Waterfall SDLC (and the ability to determine the best approach given a business need)Records Retention (the process in general, how it works)OnBase Reporting Dashboards experienceMicrosoft Visio experienceMicrosoft SharePoint experienceDatabase reporting experience
