Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Sales Professional based in Darien, CT. The primary responsibilities involve managing client relationships, securing event bookings, and tailoring packages to meet client needs. Additional tasks include conducting venue tours, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the events team to ensure successful execution, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and NegotiationStrong understanding of Event Planning, Hospitality Operations, and Venue ManagementExcellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsProficiency in Organization, Time Management, and Attention to DetailAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFlexible schedule with the ability to accommodate events, including evenings and weekendsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
