What You'll DoAs a Pool Equipment Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial pool systems across the Miami area. Daily responsibilities include: • Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems• Inspect commercial pool equipment to identify mechanical or operational issues • Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics• Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to pool equipment• Work directly with facility managers and operators to explain repairs and equipment operation • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service improvements • Document service work and maintain accurate job records Every day brings something different. One morning you may be replacing a circulation pump. The afternoon could involve diagnosing a filtration issue at a resort pool. What We're Looking ForWe're searching for technicians who enjoy solving mechanical problems and working independently in the field. Preferred Qualifications• 2+ years of mechanical, equipment, or maintenance experience• Experience with pumps, motors, filtration systems, HVAC, plumbing, or similar equipment• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs • Strong communication skills when working with customers • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pool industry experience is a plus - but not required.
