CPU Performance / Memory Performance / Server Performance Engineer

Location: Remote, USA Employment: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in server benchmarking, systems performance analysis, and performance optimization across enterprise and data center environments. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:7+ years of experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, or systems performance analysis. Hands-on experience with server and platform performance testing in enterprise/data center environments. Strong knowledge of SPEC benchmarks, Intel Memory Latency Checker (MLC), STREAM, and CPU/memory/storage benchmarking tools. Expertise in analyzing CPU, memory, NUMA, cache, storage, and network bottlenecks. Proficiency in Windows and Linux performance tuning and diagnostics. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Experience developing repeatable benchmarking methodologies and performance regression test suites. Ability to analyze benchmark results, identify root causes, and recommend performance optimizations. Familiarity with Intel and AMD server architectures. Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and large-scale data analysis tools such as Kusto and Grafana. Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to engineering teams and leadership.
