Rapidly growing.The RoleYou will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers. You are a powerful storyteller who can connect products with customer needs and goals. You are comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and thrive as an early team member working alongside senior leaders to make high-impact decisions.You have drive, hunger, and intellectual rigor. You are an owner.What You'll DoIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunitiesOwn outbound and inbound pipelines across multiple channelsRun consultative sales calls and tailor solutions to customer needsBuild strong relationships with product, marketing, and customer successHelp onboard and shape the next set of sales team membersOwn a quota and help the company achieve its revenue targetsWhat You'll Bring3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or developer toolsProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong communication and storytelling skills with technical buyersComfortable with ambiguity in a startup environmentExperience selling to product or engineering teamsData-driven approach to pipeline tracking and forecastingNice to HaveExperience or demonstrated interest in crypto, payments, or stablecoinsTechnical acumen: ability to read and discuss APIsDeep understanding of sales and post-sales lifecycle toolsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsConsistent track record of overachievementCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission structureMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) with investment optionsHybrid working environment (SF Bay Area or New York preferred)Early-stage equity opportunity
