Job Description Registered Professional Land SurveyorOur client is hiring a licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor to support survey, mapping, and civil engineering projects for public and private clients.This role will work closely with field crews, technicians, and engineers to produce accurate survey documents, review boundary information, and support projects from field data through final deliverables.What You'll DoPrepare and review boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, improvement, and construction surveysSupport subdivision plats, easements, right-of-way work, condominium surveys, GPS control, and construction stakingReview deeds, plats, and easements for boundary analysisUse Civil 3D, GPS equipment, robotic total stations, and other survey toolsCoordinate with survey crews, technicians, engineers, and project teamsProvide guidance to junior staff when neededMaintain accuracy, clear documentation, and strong communication throughout each projectWhat We're Looking ForLicensed RPLS, LSLS, or Professional Land SurveyorTexas survey experience preferredStrong understanding of surveying principles, boundary analysis, and mapping standardsCivil 3D proficiencyAbility to solve complex survey problems and communicate clearlyDetail-oriented, organized, and dependable
