Our client represents survivors of sexual abuse, sexual misconduct, sex trafficking, and institutional abuse. This is meaningful, impact-driven work for an attorney who is committed to advocating for vulnerable clients.What You'll DoHandle a caseload of mass tort and individual sexual abuse/misconduct cases through all stages of litigationConduct trauma-informed client interviews and maintain compassionate ongoing communicationDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositionsEvaluate liability against institutions, organizations, and individualsPrepare cases for trial and participate in mediations and settlement negotiationsStay current on evolving mass tort litigation (e.g., institutional abuse, trafficking)What We're Looking ForActive Texas State Bar license (required)3+ years of plaintiff personal injury or mass tort litigation experienceExperience with sexual abuse, trafficking, or institutional abuse cases strongly preferredTrauma-informed approach and ability to work sensitively with survivorsCompensation + BenefitsBase Salary + bonusMedical, vision, and dental insurance401k
