If you're driven by growth, collaboration, and purpose, this opportunity is made for you.We're hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices.Visit our website to learn about our people, culture, and community impact.Job ResponsibilitiesSet goals, monitoring, and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business planManage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project deliveryLead and mentoring colleagues on civil engineering land development projectsAssist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staffDevelop and maintaining client and stakeholder relationshipsAdhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Research Federal, State, and local regulations for project-specific requirementsJob RequirementsA Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projectsA Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PEA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferencesTo be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is locatedTo occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workLife at JT: The Benefits and PerksBenefitsAt JT, we offer more than just a job - we provide a thriving workplace culture and exceptional benefits.
