The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed knowledge of order process management for Skybitz solutionsProcess orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as requiredAssist operations with order adjustments as neededWork with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.comSupport sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.Sales Force CRM management (changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports)Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivationsMonitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely mannerOther projects and assignments, as requiredExperienceExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applicationsAssociate degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations or Project Management2 + years of professional experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment Preferred Skills, Abilities & KnowledgeExperience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP systemOrder processing, customer support and billing experienceCompensationEmployee Type: HourlySalary Minimum: $60,000Salary Maximum: $65,000Incentive: NoDisclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
