This role will be crucial in driving our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, working closely with a diverse range of agencies with revenues between $3 million and $50 million. The ideal candidate is eager to grow with our team, is comfortable working with both small and large industries, and possesses exceptional financial analysis skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models.Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.Collaborate with various U.S.-based agencies, understanding their unique financial needs.Utilize QuickBooks Online and Fathom for financial visualization and reporting.Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.Manage and streamline financial processes within Salesforce.Engage in regular communication and coordination via Slack.QualificationsBachelor's degree or MBA in Finance or AccountingProven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis.Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Fathom.Excellent written and verbal English skills; strong emphasis on written communication.Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-growing team.Comfortable working with agencies across different revenue scales.Highly motivated and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.Preferred QualificationsExperience in managing financial processes within Salesforce.Prior experience working with U.S.-based agencies or similar environments.What You’ll Love About UsCompetitive payRemote environmentGenerous PTOFriendly, smart coworkersRespectful, reasonable work hoursOpportunities for advancement
