Estimating Administrator

*Estimating Administrator - Waco, TX - Custom Residential * *Location:* Waco, TX| *Work Type:* In-Person | *Pay:* $17–$21/hour Start Your Next Chapter in the Stone & Flooring Today! *About the Role* This mostly in office Estimating Administrator will handle to handle precise software based measurements, develop detailed floor plans and estimates in RFMS Measure & Action Flow, and provide key support to both the sales and installation teams. Some site measurements will be required as well, maybe ~20% of the time. *Responsibilities* * Perform Takeoffs and create estimates in RFMS Measure & Action Flow * Add detailed notes (moisture tests, transitions, prep, ceiling heights, plumbing/electrical centers, fur downs, elevations, cutouts, patterns, etc.) * Email completed measure info to the salesperson/designer and copy the sales manager * Support installation manager with inspections, reports, and installer/sales reviews when needed * Be at the home store when not onsite or traveling * Report to the Lead Estimator and Director of Operations *Qualifications* * Experience in site measuring, estimating, or related fieldwork (PREFERRED) * Familiarity with RFMS Measure & Action Flow preferred (training available) * Ability to read blueprints and complete takeoffs preferred * Strong math, detail orientation, and organizational skills * Flooring, granite, or construction experience a plus *Benefits* * Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO * Company Vehicle for Site Visits Are You Ready to Step Into a Role Where You’ll Help Bring Extraordinary Projects to Life?
