Telefèric Barcelona is an authentic Spanish restaurant in the US, providing a vibrant and immersive dining experience inspired by Spain’s rich culinary and cultural traditions.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team in one of our restaurants in the United States. This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience managing high-volume kitchen operations in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily service.Organize, lead, and coordinate kitchen teams effectively.Manage purchasing, suppliers, and cost control.Oversee orders, stock levels, and inventory management.Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff.Ensure strict compliance with HACCP / APPCC food safety regulations.Guarantee consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and plating.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume Mediterranean restaurants, with in-house production and/or catering operations.Formal culinary training or relevant professional education.Fluent level of English and Spanish (both required).Strong culinary and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage large teams in fast-paced environments.Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Valid Spanish passport (mandatory for visa and relocation process).Willingness to relocate to California, USA.What We Offer:Immediate start.Full-time position.Competitive salary: $77,000 USD + $8,000 bonus.Medical insurance.Visa sponsorship and relocation support to the USA.Stable, professional, and dynamic working environment.Career growth opportunities within a fast-expanding international group.Valid Spanish passport required (mandatory for international transfer and visa process)Working at Telefèric Barcelona in the United States is unlike anything else you've experienced before!!If you are interested in learning more about this new opportunity and starting the selection process, please apply with your updated CV and we will reach out to you very soon.THANK YOU! ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!
