The Medical Specialty Clinic Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse position is located at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (http://www.milwaukee.va.gov/). The function of the Medical Subspecialty Registered Nurse is to provide, direct and supervise the delivery of quality nursing care to a diverse veteran population of varying complexity in the Outpatient setting.Medical Specialty clinic Outpatient Staff RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. The RN assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. This position will help support the 1AN and Quick Draw clinic.
