Data Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Intepros is seeking two detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Coordinators to support our client's warehousing and logistics operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate shipment and operational data within Smartsheet, ensuring timely updates and visibility across the supply chain. Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.Details: 6-12 month initial contract...onsite in Herndon, VA...2 needs!Key ResponsibilitiesInput, update, and manage warehousing and shipment data within SmartsheetTrack and maintain transportation details, including shipment coordinates and status updatesPerform data validation and ensure accuracy across multiple data sourcesUse Excel to filter, sort, and analyze data (basic formulas required)Conduct web-based research to verify and supplement missing or incomplete informationCollaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure data integrity and timely updatesRequired Qualifications1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related fieldHands-on experience with Smartsheet (data entry, updates, tracking)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable using online tools and research to gather informationNice to HaveExperience supporting warehousing or transportation operationsFamiliarity with shipment tracking systems or logistics platforms
