The role of Support Administrator is to provide key administrative support to the tax, administrative, and occasionally accounting teams. This role involves maintaining project management systems, coordinating with clients, preparing and delivering tax returns, and assisting with data reporting and analysis. Apply today!ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Tax team, including managing workflow tasks, preparing engagement letters, organizing tax documents, and assembling and delivering client tax returns.Coordinate directly with clients to schedule meetings, request documentation, and ensure timely communication via phone and email.Maintain and update project management and client data systems, including task tracking, project entries, and client record updates.Track and report key tax metrics to support departmental meetings and decision-making; generate and interpret reports using data mining and analysis tools to provide actionable insights.Utilize firm software tools such as CCH Axcess, Caseware, and Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks with efficiency and accuracy.Provide backup coverage for the receptionist, including greeting clients, handling incoming calls, processing mail, and managing office supplies, as needed.Flexibly support new projects and evolving responsibilities as assigned, contributing to changing business needs in a cooperative manner.RequirementsStrong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Systems1-3 years of Data and/or Administrative Experience Preferred Associate degree, 2-year college certification required; Candidates nearing degree completion with satisfactory academic progress will be consideredProfessionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitudeAbility to manage multiple projects / deadlines and to focus your efforts to maximize the team’s impactHighly motivated self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skills (on the phone and in person)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate strong attention to detail and take full accountability for delivering high-quality workCultureWe are a values-driven firm focused on Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Teamwork, Personal Growth, and being Genuine.
