Responsibilities Gathering requirements, defining system functionality and developing system requirements
Developing and executing test plans and procedures
Troubleshooting, debugging and identifying solutions for system capabilities
Taking ownership for increasingly difficult tasks, completing them on schedule, documenting results, and leading demonstrations
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related technical field
Experience with one or more of the following: system design/test, requirements management, or system verification & validation
Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship required
Desired Skills Master's degree in Systems Engineer, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related STEM field
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with an Agile framework or Atlassian tools such as Jira or Confluence
Experience working in a DevSecOps environment
Experience with engineering tools such as MATLAB, DOORs, Git or Cameo
Familiarity or interest in Model-Based Systems Engineering solutions
Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Information Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Some schedules may be condensed to provide additional time away from the office. These are in addition to paid time off benefits.
Compensation and Benefits The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $172,488. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when offering a role.
