Job Title: Clinical Director Location: Huntsville, UT Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year DOE About WayPoint Academy WayPoint Academy is a specialized boarding school and residential treatment center, located in the scenic area of Huntsville, Utah. We cater to young men ages 13-18 who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and depression, providing them with comprehensive clinical treatment and academic support. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. This role involves managing the clinical staff, overseeing the delivery of clinical services, and ensuring high-quality care for our students and their families. The Clinical Director will also play a key role in training staff, participating in leadership meetings, and engaging in marketing and referral activities. Responsibilities · Leadership & Team Management Lead, manage, and develop the clinical team, ensuring workloads are manageable. Conduct regular team meetings and participate in all leadership and clinical team meetings. Assist clinicians in developing and enhancing their clinical skills. Articulate and practice WayPoint’s treatment philosophy clearly and consistently. · Clinical Oversight Oversee the delivery of clinical services and aftercare planning for clients and their families. Ensure families receive the highest quality of care and support. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care. Work with the milieu and academic teams, including providing necessary training. · Marketing & Relationship Management Participate in marketing activities and occasional travel. Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals. Requirements · Education & Experience Master’s degree in a mental health field (required). Advanced degree and qualified to supervise intern or associate therapists. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. · Licensing & Certifications Licensed with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) with an unrestricted license in good standing. First Aid & CPR certified (on-site certification available). · Background & Eligibility Able to pass criminal background checks and motor vehicle record checks. Eligible to work in the USA.
