About us Southwest Rehabilitation is an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic located in Branson West, MO. Our therapy team currently consists of 2 PT 's and 2 PTA's. We treat a variety of diagnoses and ages, however, the majority of our referrals are orthopedic injuries and post surgical patients. We have a fun and relaxed atmosphere while keeping the sessions patient centered and goal oriented. Clients are seen for one on one therapy sessions, but we focus as a team to create and develop treatment ideas. We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and provide physical therapy services to our patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the physical therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans, providing patient education, and performing therapeutic exercises with patients. Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists in providing patient care. Help patients with mobility exercises and other physical therapy treatments. Assist with the use of therapeutic equipment. Document patient progress and communicate with physical therapists. Provide support to patients and families in understanding their condition and treatment plan. Educate patients on proper use of assistive devices.
