Job Description️ HVAC Service TechnicianKalamazoo, MI$28-$50/hour (Based on Experience)Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial Service Work️ Position Overview:We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team servicing commercial and industrial clients in the Kalamazoo area. This role is perfect for a self-driven technician who thrives in the field, values quality workmanship, and delivers excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:* Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and more* Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity* Use mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve system issues* Accurately document service activity using a handheld device* Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage tools and materials effectively* Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers while on siteQualifications:* 4+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience* EPA Universal Certification (Required)* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail* Ability to maintain professionalism and provide top-tier customer service* Experience with chillers, boilers, or hydronic systems (Preferred)* OSHA 10 Certification (We'll provide if not currently certified)️ Additional Requirements:* Must pass background check, drug screen, physical ability test, and MVR check* Valid driver's license required* Field-based role with local territory assignmentsGrow with Us - Paid In-House Training:Level up your expertise through paid, hands-on training in our onsite labs - including electrical, refrigeration, and hydronics.
