You will have the opportunity to work in an academic medical setting alongside a team of seasoned therapists (Occupational, Physical, and Speech). You will work closely with Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and primary care providers, amongst others, in treating children with a variety of conditions including by not limited to neurologic, orthopedic, and developmental. As a member of an academic medical center there is strong focus on education and training with opportunities to participate in rounds/educational events and to mentor students and medical residents. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in pediatrics.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):+ Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.+ Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment.
