Assistant Property Manager

SummaryIn this position, you will oversee the daily activities including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance. Although living onsite may or may not be required, working from the site management office is a requirement.DutiesSupervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staffMonitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance servicesSupervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, techniciansOversee capital projectsProvide effective resident relationsMonitor and manage resident payment practicesQualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Property management experienceFull understanding of property management and the financial aspectsLIHTC experienceYardi experience preferredCustomer focus and bottom-line orientationMust possess a positive attitude and the ability to be positive under all circumstancesWilling to participate in trainingAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsPresent a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times while on the jobBenefitsCambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive wages, incentive bonuses, medical with an annual HSA contribution to employees’ accounts of $4,400, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, company events, 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution.
