Membership Implementation Specialist

Mercy Flights is accepting applications for a full-time Membership Implementation Specialist! Join our team as a Membership Implementation Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth membership operations and exceptional customer service! This full-time, non-exempt position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing top-quality service to our members. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage membership database with accuracy and timeliness. Process membership payments and prepare cards for new members and renewals. Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, greeting members, and assisting with payments. Collaborate with the Membership department to generate regular reports and provide updates to management. Assist in bulk mailings, event support, and various membership-related tasks. Serve as a backup for membership events and outreach initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of office experience with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks, remain organized, and work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Experience with CRM systems and financial transactions preferred. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (could be flexible within this time frame: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm).
