This includes assisting customers with their accounts (renewing contracts, inputting orders, quote creation, taking payment, addressing invoice concerns, updating contact information, reviewing cylinder balances, etc.)Troubleshoot complex issues with customer processes/needsComplete warehouse-related activities such as cycle counting, shipping and receiving of productSupport the customers obtaining their needed products via logistical support for your branch driver and sometimes back-up delivery drivingWhy You'll Love It HereAt Rocky Mountain Air Solutions, we believe in empowering our team and providing opportunities for growth and development.
