Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission" Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeksREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS=========================" ACLS, BLS, NIHSSREQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS=========================" IV therapy: arterial line management, central/PICC line care, blood product administration, IV initiation & maintenance" Respiratory support: BiPAP & CPAP management, ventilated patient care" Medication administration: continuous IV sedation, emergency meds, titration of cardiac & vasoactive drips" Wound care: surgical wounds with drains or wound vacs" Cardiac monitoring: dysrhythmia interpretation & management" Endocrine/metabolic: IV insulin protocol adherence" ICU Experience" Experience at a Large Level 1/2 Facility required."
