Below is what we are looking for: You would now how to source talent, from A-Z We deal 85% with Distribution Centers and mainly hire Order Selectors, Forklift Operators and Manufacturing/Production Associates. Summary of Position: This position is responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition. Provides end-to-end solutions for assigned clients in order to satisfy short-term and long-term staffing needs and recruits skilled professionals according to position specifications. Duties & Responsibilities: • Call all pre-qualified candidates to do a pre-screen interview over the phone ( using a skill assessment sheet and "Phone screen interview template")and schedule an in-person interview. • Create and maintain a list of available candidates on a Prospect List • Screen all walk-ins with a skill assessment sheet and add them to the list, or app them if needed. • Think of new ways to recruit, attract and retain candidates. • Help coordinate and be available for Job Fairs when needed..
