The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating data from various business systems, establishing a robust foundation for advanced analytics and AI, and ensuring the platform is secure and scalable for global use. Key objectives for the role include delivering a single, scalable data platform, creating a clear operating model that balances central and federated data teams, and enabling self-service analytics and AI use cases. The VP will also be tasked with defining the data platform strategy and architecture, leading enterprise data integration, and fostering a federated operating model that supports regional and functional teams. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in data platform architecture, enterprise data integration, and AI and advanced analytics enablement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing data platform and engineering teams, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of data quality, lineage, and metadata management at an enterprise scale is essential, as is the ability to drive common data models, standards, and integration patterns across different business units.
