Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end features, integrating with back-end services, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and help refine requirements into practical solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mobile, AL, where team members work both onsite and from home as business needs allow.Qualifications Front-end development skills, including JavaScript and experience building responsive user interfaces.Back-end web development and general software development skills, including working with APIs and server-side logic.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Redux.js or similar state management tools.Understanding of web standards, performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and secure coding practices.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with familiarity in version control (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
