Data Processor

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Overview: The Data processing position initiatesand monitors programs that process customer files according to desiredspecifications. Along with processing, this position will require theability to utilize composition software to set up certain types ofapplications and artwork for processing and production. The DataProcessor is responsible for the coordination of customers files,ensuring accuracy, and full completion of files. Also responsible fornotifying the proper team members, in a timely fashion, should an issuearise. This position requires, but is not limited to, communicationskills, organization, problem solving skills, and the ability tomultitask. Responsibilities and Duties: Processcustomer data accurately and timely Validate completed processes foraccuracy and create work orders Identifying file problems andcommunicating with all relevant parties Communication with all relevantparties, any issues, or changes Setup artwork and some programs foroperations Complete and accurate paperwork Recommendations to betterserve our customers All other duties as assigned Qualifications /Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and demonstratedability to troubleshoot problems. Able to work under tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and with the team Self-starter that hasDetermination and Persistence Excellent communication skills DetailedMotivated to grow and learn Strong work ethic Technical Competency withthe ability to learn and work within new software Graphix designexperience Flexible to change as the department and position growsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma,GED, or equivalent Graphic Art experience 3-5 Years Data ProcessingExperience preferred but not required \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work with Python is a plus.
