The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, a passion for food preparation, and strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals and cocktails according to established recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow their culinary career in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Follow recipes and cooking instructions. Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring. Cook food according to recipes and menu specifications. Monitor food quality while preparing and cooking food. Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner. Open and Close the establishment (as needed) according to procedure.
