Key Account Manager - Target Experience - Home Electricals

We are currently hiring on behalf of a swift growing home electrical manufacturer. This role is responsible for fostering the business relationship with all key associates at Target.Key Deliverables· Identifying business opportunities through market research. Translate business opportunities into account-specific strategies and tactics that drive market share, growth, account management, and category management.· Research consumer/market trends and needs to aid in new product development and sales planning.· Effectively collaborate with factory teams to deliver company's business priorities. Foster team  coordination, training and engagement.· Lead new product development discussions and follow-up to achieve distribution.· Drive initiatives which deliver improved levels of customer service and satisfaction.· Build rapport, communicate strategy, and negotiate with a full array of Target decision makers to increase distribution,improve merchandising,and improved marketing.· Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to maximize opportunities, while analyzing forecasting metrics and data to ensure accurate targets are metQUALIFICATIONS:· 5+years experience of procurement experience within Target.· Direct import experience of home electrical products is required.· Ability to travel domestically and internationally· Work within Minneapolis area.
