*Enterprise Infrastructure Architect (W2)* *Onsite - Wilmington, DE or Coral Springs, FL or Omaha, NE or Berkeley Heights, NJ.* *Long Term* *Required Skills:* • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience (12+ years) as an Infrastructure Architect or a similar role in the fintech or financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of both mainframe infrastructure (IBM zOS) and distributed infrastructure (Linux, AIX, Windows and Cloud) principal of design and performance with prior experience of interoperability between platforms in high volume OLTP environments • Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles, network architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and virtualization technologies. • Experience in implementing and managing highly available and scalable systems for financial applications. • Solid understanding of security and compliance standards in the fintech industry. • Proficiency in scripting languages, infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions while considering business and technical requirements. • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
