The Program Manager will establish program structure, drive cross-workstream execution, maintain decision and dependency discipline, and ensure a predictable, well-governed delivery model. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, governance, and organizational rigor.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage the program’s operating rhythm, including working sessions, coordination touchpoints, and executive checkpoints.Maintain an authoritative source of truth for priorities, owners, timelines, risks, issues, and decisions.Coordinate execution across internal delivery teams and external partners to keep work sequenced and unblocked.Oversee readiness, cutover planning, and stabilization/hypercare activities across a large distributed population.Drive decision accountability by tracking required decisions, owners, and due dates, escalating as needed.Produce clear, consistent, executive-ready weekly status reporting.Lead pods of PMs and engineers, ensuring alignment and disciplined delivery.Develop and refine lightweight templates, checklists, and playbooks to standardize execution.Qualifications7+ years managing complex, multi-workstream programs.Strong program governance skills, including planning, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.Ability to impose structure quickly and maintain accountability without unnecessary overhead.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders.Ability to track and manage technical dependencies with engineering teams.Experience with large-scale rollouts, migrations, or cutover programs is a plus.Experience coordinating across multiple vendors/partners in a client-facing environment.Compensation$80–$100 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
